705.01 DEFINITIONS.
   As used in this chapter, unless the context otherwise indicates:
   (a)    "Mechanical amusement device" means any machine or device which, upon the insertion of a coin, slug, token, plate or disc, may be operated by the public generally for use as a game, entertainment or amusement, whether or not registering a score. It shall include such devices as skill ball, marble machines, pinball machines, mechanical grab machines, computer games and all other games, operations or transactions similar thereto under whatever name they may be known.
   (b)    "Mechanical musical device" means any music vending machine, contrivance or device which, upon the insertion of a coin, slug, token, plate, disc or key into any slot, crevice or other opening, or by the payment of any price, operates or may be operated for the emission of songs, music or similar amusement.
   (c)   "Amusement arcade" means any place of business at which three or more game machines are located for the entertainment of persons patronizing the place of business.
   (d)   "Good moral character" means not having been convicted of a crime involving moral turpitude within five years next preceding the date of the application.
   (e)    "Person" shall include the following:
      (1)    Any person, firm, corporation or association which owns any such machine;
      (2)    The person, firm, corporation or association in whose place of business any such machine is placed for use by the public;
       (3)   The person, firm, corporation or association having control over such machine.
