A. Any person who fails to comply with any section of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be punished by a fine as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. (1977 Code ch. 13 § 13-107; amd. 2009 Code)
B. Violations hereof may be enjoined by appropriate order of the circuit court, and the collection of any amounts due may, together with costs and reasonable attorney fees, be awarded by judgment of the circuit court. (1977 Code ch. 13 § 13-107)
