2-6-4: JURISDICTION:

This chapter shall apply to any hotel or motel operated within the boundaries of the county, except those located within a city, village or unincorporated town that imposes a tax under 65 Illinois Compiled Statutes 5/8-3-14. (1977 Code ch. 13 § 13-106; amd. 2009 Code)
