2-6-2: PURPOSE:
The purpose of this chapter is to allow collection of a county hotel/motel tax for purposes designated in 55 Illinois Compiled Statutes 5/5-1030. (1977 Code ch. 13 § 13-100.1; amd. 2009 Code)
