2-6-1: TITLE; TAX IS ADDITIONAL:

This chapter shall be known and cited as the HOTEL AND MOTEL OPERATORS' OCCUPATION TAX ORDINANCE, and the tax herein imposed shall be in addition to all other occupation or privilege taxes imposed by the state of Illinois or political subdivision thereof. (1977 Code ch. 13 § 13-100)
