At such time as the taxes levied by this chapter are paid, there shall be filed with the recorder of deeds a fully executed and completed copy of the "Real Estate Transfer Declaration" required by provisions of 35 Illinois Compiled Statutes 200/31-25. (1977 Code ch. 13 § 13-35; amd. 2009 Code)
