7-1-5: INSPECTIONS; CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY:
   A.   Notice Of Inspection: All bearers of building permits are required to give the building and zoning administrator twenty four (24) hours' advance notice of the readiness of a particular building unit for inspection following completion of the following stages of construction:
      1.   Completion of footing forms before pouring any concrete. (Ord., 12-14-1999)
      2.   After framing is completed and prior to siding installation.
      3.   After rough in for electric, plumbing and mechanical are complete, prior to insulating.
      4.   Final inspection after completion of construction and before moving into the structure. (Ord. 2012-2, 2-14-2012)
   B.   Issuance Of Certificate Of Occupancy: Upon approval by the building and zoning administrator, following final inspection, a certificate of occupancy will be signed and given to the owner. Occupancy and use shall not be allowed until the certificate is issued. Occupancy or use without receipt of said certificate shall constitute a separate offense. (Ord., 12-14-1999)
