A. Definition: As used in this section, the term "minor" shall mean a person under the age of twenty one (21) years.
B. Offenses:
1. Obtain/Possess/Consume/Dispense Alcohol: No person under the age of twenty one (21) years shall purchase, obtain, possess, consume, sell, deliver, or dispense alcoholic liquor unless permitted to do so pursuant to 235 Illinois Compiled Statutes 5/6-20 et seq.
2. Display Or Use Of, Tampering With False Identification: No person under the age of twenty one (21) years shall display or use a false or forged identification card or transfer, alter, or deface an identification card in furtherance or facilitation of obtaining smoking accessories, smoking herbs or alcohol, or to gain entrance to a facility where alcohol is served. C. Penalty: Any person violating any provision of this section shall be subject to a fine as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. (Ord., 10-11-2005; amd. 2009 Code)
