A fee shall be charged, in the amount set by the Jo Daviess County board of health and approved by resolution of the Jo Daviess County board, to the licensed contractor or homeowner for the initial installation permit, and there shall be a fee charged, in the amount set by the Jo Daviess County board of health and approved by resolution of the Jo Daviess County board, for any repair performed on an existing private sewage disposal system. The fee shall be collected by the health department at the time an application for a permit is submitted, and shall be deposited into the health department fund. (Ord. 2010-7, 10-12-2010)
