This chapter shall be adopted by reference and shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with provisions set forth in the current, unabridged form of the state department of public health private sewage disposal licensing act 1 and code and any subsequent amendments or revisions thereto, three (3) certified copies of which shall be on file in the office of the county clerk.
