5-6-7: RECORD OF HEARING:
   A.   The county clerk shall be responsible for keeping the record of the hearing. The record shall consist of the following:
      1.   The request for site location approval as described in subsection 5-6-2A3 of this chapter.
      2.   Proof of notice described in subsection 5-6-5D of this chapter. (1977 Code ch. 28 § 7)
      3.   Proof of notice given by applicant pursuant to section 39.2(b) of the act 1 . (1977 Code ch. 28 § 7; amd. 2009 Code)
      4.   Written comments filed by the public and received by the county clerk or postmarked within thirty (30) days of the close of the hearing.
      5.   All reports, studies, exhibits or documents received into evidence at the public hearing.
      6.   Transcript of the public hearing.
      7.   Findings of fact and recommendations of the committee.
      8.   The resolution containing the final decision of the county board.
   B.   The county clerk shall be responsible for certifying all copies of the record of the public hearings. (1977 Code ch. 28 § 7)
