A. Deputy Administrator: The Administrator, pursuant to the Animal Control Act 78-795 (1973) 1 , is hereby authorized to appoint a Deputy Administrator to assist in registration of dogs in the County. (1977 Code § 2-29)
B. Animal Control Warden:
1. Appointment: The Administrator is hereby authorized to appoint an animal control warden to assist in performing the duties required by the statute indicated in subsection A of this section and this chapter. (1977 Code § 2-30)
2. Duties: The animal control warden shall, as part of his duties, respond to the request of any resident of the County to pick up and dispose of any dog, whether running at large or not. (1977 Code § 2-32)
