Any person who violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a petty offense punishable by a fine as provided in section 1-4-1 of this Code. In addition thereto, such persons may be enjoined from continuing such violations. Each day upon which such a violation occurs constitutes a separate violation. On the tenth day of a new year, any unpaid food service establishment license fees will be turned over to the State's Attorney for legal action. (Ord. 2018-10, 10-9-2018, eff. 12-1-2018)
