5-2-21: SMOKE FREE ENVIRONMENT:
All food establishments are required to be smoke free. Smoking is prohibited in indoor areas under the control of a public or private employer that employees are required to enter, leave, or pass through during the course of employment. Such areas include offices, restrooms, conference rooms, break areas, work areas, cafeterias or other common areas. (Ord. 2018-10, 10-9-2018, eff. 12-1-2018)
