5-2-17: CERTIFIED MANAGER REQUIRED:

The person in charge of all category I and category II food establishments shall possess a valid food protection manager certificate. A person in charge must be present at the category I or category II food establishment during all hours of operation. (Ord. 2018-10, 10-9-2018, eff. 12-1-2018)
