5-2-15: SERVICE OF NOTICE OF SUSPENSION OR REVOCATION OF LICENSE:

A notice provided for in this chapter is properly served when it is delivered to the license holder or the person in charge, or when it is sent by certified mail, to the last known address of the license holder. A copy of the notice shall be kept in the records of the regulatory authority. (Ord. 2018-10, 10-9-2018, eff. 12-1-2018)
