A. Issuance Of Permit; Posting And Term: The regulatory authority shall issue a license to the applicant if the inspection reveals that the proposed food establishment complies with the requirements of this chapter. The valid license shall be prominently displayed on the premises of the approved food establishment. The license is valid for the license year or remnant thereof from the date of issuance.
B. Pre-Opening Inspection: Whenever plans and specifications are required to be submitted to the regulatory authority, or a new license is required because of change of ownership, the regulatory authority shall inspect the food establishment prior to the start of operations to determine compliance with the approved plans and specifications and with the requirements of this chapter. If applicable, a final plumbing inspection approval shall be submitted prior to final approval. (Ord. 2018-10, 10-9-2018, eff. 12-1-2018)
