5-2-4: LICENSE AND COMPLIANCE REQUIRED:
No person shall operate a food establishment which does not have a valid license issued by the regulatory authority for said premises. Only a person who complies with the requirements of this chapter shall be entitled to receive or retain such a license. (Ord. 2018-10, 10-9-2018, eff. 12-1-2018)
