5-2-2: STATE REGULATIONS ADOPTED:
This chapter is adopted by reference and shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with the provisions set forth in the current, unabridged form of the State of Illinois, Department of Public Health Food Service Sanitation Code; and Illinois Compiled Statutes Smoke Free Illinois Act, 410 Illinois Compiled Statutes 82/1 et seq., and any subsequent amendments or revisions thereto, three (3) certified copies of which shall be on-file in the Office of the County Clerk.
   A.   The following State Statutes are referenced in this chapter:
