Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a petty offense and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. In addition thereto, such persons may be enjoined from continuing such violation. Each day's violation constitutes a separate offense. The state's attorney of the county may bring such actions in the name of the county or may bring action for an injunction to restrain such violation or to enjoin the operation of any such establishment causing such violation.
