4-7-8: LICENSE FEE AND TERM:

The licensing fee for the initial year and any subsequent year shall be set by the Jo Daviess County board of health and approved by resolution of the Jo Daviess County board. The licensing period shall be December 1 through November 30. (Ord. 2010-7, 10-12-2010)
