4-7-7: INSURANCE REQUIRED:

Each licensee shall maintain a minimum of one hundred fifty thousand dollars/three hundred thousand dollars ($150,000.00/$300,000.00) liability insurance. A certificate of insurance shall be tendered by license applicants at the time of application. (Ord., 4-7-2008, eff. 4-7-2008)
