4-7-3: DEFINITIONS:

Any terms set forth in this chapter shall have the same meanings as set forth in the state bed and breakfast act. In addition, when used in this chapter, the following words and terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section:

HEALTH AUTHORITY: The Jo Daviess County health department.

NFPA: The National Fire Protection Agency. (Ord., 4-7-2008, eff. 4-7-2008)
