A. Adoption Of Regulations: This chapter is adopted by reference and shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with provisions set forth in the current, unabridged form of the bed and breakfast act, 50 Illinois Compiled Statutes 820/1 et seq.; smoke free Illinois act, 410 Illinois Compiled Statutes 82/1 et seq.; carbon monoxide alarm detector act, 430 Illinois Compiled Statutes 135/1 et seq.; and the National Fire Protection Agency codes and standards, any subsequent amendments or revisions thereto, three (3) certified copies of which shall be on file in the office of the county clerk. B. Copies Available: Copies of the said or amended acts, along with any amendments or revisions thereto, shall be provided to all persons operating or applying for licensure to operate bed and breakfast establishments as defined in this chapter. (Ord., 4-7-2008, eff. 4-7-2008)
