4-1-30: APPEALS:

A. All appeals of decisions of the liquor control commission shall follow the procedure set forth in section 7-9 of the liquor control act of 1934, 235 Illinois Compiled Statutes 5/7-9.

B. An appeal from any order of the county liquor control commission to the state liquor control commission shall be limited to a review of the official record of the proceedings of the county liquor control commission. (Ord., 11-14-1995)
