4-1-28: EVASION OF LAW:

The free dispensing, giving away or delivering of any alcoholic liquor for the purpose of evading any provisions of this chapter or state law or any other shift or device to evade any provision of this chapter shall be held to be an unlawful selling and shall constitute grounds for revocation of a liquor license. (Ord., 11-14-1995)
