4-1-27: INSPECTIONS; ENTRY POWERS:

It shall be a violation of this chapter for a licensee or an employee or agent of the licensee to at any time refuse to allow a county liquor control commissioner or any law enforcement officer to enter the licensed premises for the purpose of examining the premises to determine whether any of the provisions of this chapter are being violated. (Ord., 11-14-1995)
