A. Fees Established: The following fees are hereby established for the following licenses: (Ord., 11-14-1995)

Class F license | $300.00 (plus $50.00 application fee) |
Class G license | $800.00 (plus $50.00 application fee) |

B. Fees Nonrefundable: Any fee required by this chapter shall not be refundable for any reason.
C. Proration Of Fees: The license fee for an initial license, where application is made and the retail license is granted during the first six (6) months of each license year, shall be the entire fee required by this chapter for the annual license year. Where application is made and license granted during the last six (6) months of any license year, the license fee shall be one-half (1/2) of the entire fee required for the annual license year. Where application is made and the retail license granted during the last three (3) months of any license year, the license fee shall be one-fourth (1/4) of the entire fee required for the annual license year; provided, that the benefit granted by this subsection shall not be allowed to any person who has been a licensee for the annual license year or part thereof preceding the application for a license.
