4-1-14: CLASSIFICATION OF LICENSES:
The following classification of licenses shall be issued by the County Liquor Control Commissioner for the retail sale of alcoholic liquor pursuant to this chapter:
   A.   Class A License: A Class A license shall be known as a general liquor license authorizing the sale of alcoholic liquor by the drink on the premises of the licensee as well as by the package for purposes of consumption off the premises of the licensee.
   B.   Class B License: A Class B license shall be known as the package goods only license authorizing the sale of alcoholic liquor by the package only for consumption off the premises of the licensee. (Ord., 11-14-1995)
   C.   Class C License: A Class C license shall be known as the by the drink only license authorizing the sale of alcoholic liquor by the drink only. This license shall be issued only to corporations chartered under the Illinois Not For Profit Corporation Act, 805 Illinois Compiled Statutes 105/101.01 et seq. (Ord., 11-14-1995; amd. 2009 Code)
   D.   Class D License: A Class D license shall be known as the package goods beer and wine only license authorizing the sale of package beer and wine only for purposes of consumption off the premises of the licensee.
   E.   Class E License: A Class E license shall be known as a vineyard license authorizing the sale of wine only by the drink for consumption on the premises or packaged wine only for consumption off the premises of the licensee. (Ord., 11-14-1995)
   F.   Class F License: A Class F license shall be known as a bed and breakfast inn retailer's license and shall authorize the retail sale of wine and/or beer for consumption on the premises only, and by guests of the lodging establishment only, subject to the terms and restrictions of this and all other pertinent sections of this chapter.    G.   Class G License: A Class G license shall be known as a caterer retailer license and shall authorize the retail sale of alcoholic liquors for consumption, either on-site or off-site, whether the location is licensed or unlicensed, as an incidental part of food service. Prepared meals and alcoholic liquors are to be sold at a package price agreed upon under contract, subject to terms and restrictions of this and all other pertinent sections of this Code.
