The County Liquor Control Commission may set from time to time, as public welfare seems to warrant, a limit to the total licenses to be issued in the County for any locality, neighborhood, or part of the County. The County Liquor Control Commission may in like manner decrease the number of licenses to be issued within its jurisdiction at the termination of the annual license year. (Ord., 11-14-1995)
