A. Any licensee may renew his license at the expiration thereof; provided, that he is then qualified to receive a license and the premises for which such renewal is sought is suitable for such purpose; and provided further, that the renewal privilege provided for in this subsection shall not be construed as a vested right which shall in any case prevent the County Liquor Control Commission from decreasing the number of licenses to be issued within its jurisdiction.
B. All applications for renewal of a regular license must be submitted by December 1 of the year prior to the year for which the applicant is making application.
C. Every renewal shall be in all respects identical with the original or first license. (Ord., 11-14-1995)
