A. Liquor Control Commissioner: The chair of the county board shall be the county liquor control commissioner who shall be charged with the administration of the appropriate provisions of state law and this chapter.
B. Liquor Commission:
1. Appointment: The chair of the county board shall appoint two (2) of its members to assist him in the exercise of his powers and the performance of the duties of this chapter and state law. Such members, together with the chair, shall constitute the county liquor commission.
2. Compensation: The members of the liquor control commission shall be paid the prevailing fee or compensation received by them as members of the county board for each day spent by them in actual performance of their duties under the terms of this chapter and of state law. (Ord., 11-14-1995)
