3-2-9: FIVE YEAR PLAN:
The ETSB shall annually submit to the County Board a five year plan for the operation, maintenance, improvement, and upgrading of the system. Such plan shall be submitted with the ETSB's annual budget proposal. (Ord. 2012-5, 3-13-2012)
