3-2-4: REMOVAL FROM OFFICE:
Members of the ETSB may be removed by the Chairperson of the County Board, with the approval of the County Board, when, in the Chairperson's judgment, the best interests of the County would be served. (Ord. 2012-5, 3-13-2012)
