3-2-3: TERMS OF OFFICE; VACANCIES:

The County Board member shall serve a two (2) year term. The remaining members of the ETSB shall serve for three (3) year overlapping terms. On appointment, the County Board Chairperson shall designate the initial term of appointment of a member. Vacancies shall be filled in the manner of original appointment for the balance of the term of the member being replaced. (Ord. 2012-5, 3-13-2012)
