(A) Any person who violates any provision of this chapter for which no penalty is provided shall be subject to the terms of § 10.99.
(B) A warning shall be issued for a first offense under § 91.01 through 91.03 to the violator and the violator shall have 7 days to come into compliance with this chapter.
(C) Any person who violates the provisions of § 93.02 shall be fined not less than $25 nor more than $100 and each day that a violation continues shall constitute a separate offense for which a citation may be issued and a fine imposed.
(D) Any person who violates the provisions of § 93.03 shall be fined not less than $50 nor more than $200, and each day that a violation continues shall constitute a separate offense for which a fine may be imposed.
