Pursuant to KRS 75.015, the Jessamine County Fiscal Court hereby forms and creates a fire protection subdistrict for the territory described in the petition of resident owners as “Northside of Catnip Hill on the south from Norfolk Southern Railway on the east, Woodford County on the west and Fayette County on the north,” as shown on the plat attached to the ordinance establishing this section and incorporated by reference herein.
