A. Notice Of Violation; Time For Compliance: Any person found to be violating any provision of this chapter, except section 9-4-13 of this chapter, shall be served by the city with written notice stating the nature of the violation and providing a reasonable time limit for the satisfactory correction thereof. The offender shall, within the period of time stated in such notice, permanently cease all violations. (1996 Code § 30-167)
B. Penalty: Any person who shall continue any violation beyond the time limit specified in the notice provided for in subsection A of this section shall be guilty of a class B misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined in the amount not exceeding seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) for each violation. Each day in which any such violation shall continue shall be deemed a separate offense. (1996 Code § 30-167; amd. 2010 Code)
C. Liability For Violations: Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall become liable to the city by reason of such violation. (1996 Code § 30-168)
