9-4-13: PROTECTION OF SYSTEM FROM DAMAGE:

No authorized person shall maliciously, wilfully, or negligently break, damage, destroy or tamper with any structure, appurtenance or equipment which is a part of the sewage works. Any person violating this section shall be subject to immediate arrest under charge of disorderly conduct and any other applicable criminal charges. (1996 Code § 30-160)
