1. ORDINANCE NO. 1582   An ordinance adopting and enacting a new title 11, as a recodified zoning code for the city of Jerseyville, Illinois.   Section 1. This re-codified zoning code, consisting of title 11, chapters 1 through 13, is hereby adopted and enacted as the "Jerseyville Zoning Code," and hereby repeals in its entirety the prior zoning code known as "ordinance no. 402" and all prior amendments thereto.   Section 2. This title 11, chapters 1 through 13 shall be part of the newly re-codified Jerseyville city code previously adopted and enacted by the city council by ordinance no. 1563, passed and approved on January 11, 2011.   Passed and Approved this 20th day of March, 2012.
