(A) Tattoo parlors and/or body piercing facilities may be closed if any of the following occur:
(1) Proper hand-washing sink not positioned in each tattooing and/or body piercing station on their premises; or
(2) Conditions are present in the facility which present an imminent threat to public health or aid in the transmission of communicable disease.
(B) The Health Officer may post a sign notifying the public that the tattoo parlor and/or body piercing facility has been closed. It is a violation of this chapter for any individual other than the Health Officer to remove the sign.
