§ 110.99  PENALTY.
   (A)   Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is otherwise provided shall be subject to the provisions of § 10.99.
   (B)   Whoever violates § 110.07(E) shall be subject to a fine as set by the Board and/or Council from time to time.
   (C)   Whoever violates § 110.07(G) shall be subject to a fine as set by the Board and/or Council from time to time.
