6-8-8: PENALTIES:
Every person convicted of a violation or any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished by a fine as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code or by impounding of such person's bicycle for a period not to exceed ten (10) days, or by a combination thereof.
