4-1-1: OBSTRUCTING HEALTH OFFICER:

It shall be unlawful for any person to wilfully obstruct or interfere with any health officer or physician charged with the enforcement of the health laws of the city. (1985 Code ch. 11 § 4-6)

4-1-2: EXPECTORATING ON STREETS:

It shall be unlawful for any person to expectorate upon any street, any sidewalk of the city, or upon the floors or walls of any restaurant, post office, public library, city hall or any other building used for public purposes in the city. (1985 Code ch. 11 § 4-1)
