4-1-3: THROWING MEDICINE ON STREETS:
It shall be unlawful for any person, company or corporation to throw, leave or deposit, or cause to be thrown, left or deposited upon any street, avenue, alley, sidewalk in any of the parks or other public places, or on any private property within the city any medicine of any kind or description whatsoever. (1985 Code ch. 11 § 4-2)
