§ 94.02 MUTUAL AID AGREEMENTS WITH CITIES AND TOWNS.
   The Office of Emergency Management shall be authorized to enter into a mutual aid agreement with the cities and towns of the county, to permit the Office of Emergency Management to call for the assistance of the cities and towns of Jackson County to assist in emergency and disaster response operations on the following terms and conditions:
   (A)   The Quorum Court has passed a resolution approving the terms of this agreement and authorizing the County Judge and the Office of Emergency Management Coordinator to sign a mutual aid agreement;
   (B)   The city councils have passed a resolution approving the terms of this agreement and authorizing the mayor to sign a mutual aid agreement; and
   (C)   The mayors do hereby acknowledge that the cities and towns have permission to respond to the aid of Jackson County, upon request.
