§ 94.01 MUTUAL AID AGREEMENTS WITH COUNTIES.
   The Office of Emergency Management shall be authorized to enter into mutual aid agreements with consenting surrounding counties, to permit the Jackson County Office of Emergency Management to call for the assistance of the Office of Emergency Management of a participating county, or for the Office of Emergency Management of a participating county to call for the assistance of the Jackson County Office of Emergency Management to assist in emergency and disaster response operations on the following terms and conditions:
   (A)   The Jackson County Quorum Court has passed a resolution approving the terms of this agreement and authorizing the County Judge and the County Office of Emergency Management Coordinator to sign a mutual aid agreement;
   (B)   The Quorum Court of the other county has passed a resolution approving the terms of this agreement and authorizing the County Judge and County Office of Emergency Management Coordinator to sign a mutual aid agreement; and
   (C)   The Jackson County Judge, Jackson County Office of Emergency Management Coordinator, and the Jackson County Quorum Court do hereby acknowledge that the Jackson County Office of Emergency Management Coordinator has permission to respond to a participating county, upon request.
