2.05.104: EMPLOYEE APPEAL BOARD:
The city's administrative law judge, as provided under section 2.05.102 of this chapter, is hereby designated as the employee appeal board pursuant to Utah Code Annotated section 10-3-1106. (Ord. 2008-01, 2008)
