2.05.102: ADMINISTRATIVE LAW JUDGE:

An administrative law judge:

   (1)   Shall be appointed by the city council to conduct administrative hearings;

   (2)   May be an employee of the city; and

   (3)   Shall make a final administrative determination for each administrative proceeding. (Ord. 2005-38, 2005)
