A certain document, copies of which are on file in the Community Development Department, being marked and designated as the 2018 International Residential Code, as published by the International Code Council, be and is hereby adopted by reference as the building code of the village for the control of buildings and structures as hereby provided, and each and all of the regulations, provisions, conditions and terms of the 2018 Residential Building Code are hereby referred to, adopted, and made a part hereof as though fully set forth in this chapter, with the additions, deletions and changes provided in § 150.21.
